Kid Is Pooping In Floor

I am wondering if he is doing it just to get attention and what we can do about it.

Kid is pooping in floor.

My son is 3 1 2 and fully potty trained. No yelling no scolding no eye contact. He has pooped in his room and in the bathroom on the floor 3 times. My 3 year old son has been potty trained for over a year now i recently had a baby she is 7 weeks old.

I agree with terryj2 my difficult child would revenge poop in his pants every time i put him in time out. Just poop belongs in the potty not the floor you don t mention his age but if he s on the older side and you do short time outs you could try telling him he has to sit on the step or somewhere away from you while you clean the mess up. This has me incredibly concerned. At least when he doesnt get the answer or toy he wants.

He is the middle child and now all of a sudden he has been pooping and peeing all over. When poops happen on the floor a poop on the potty is worth the party. If a poop on the floor happens no reaction. Then recently he has begun pooping on the floor 3 times now once next to the toilet once in his room and today he did it at preschool right as nap time was concluding.
