I m trying to get them interested in kf2 but one problem they have is that they don t want to play with random folks.

Now on the group menu you should have an option to add friends from different platforms if they re online on epic games they should show up.
Isnt that lame though like how am i supposed to pick specific maps to play with friends or play custom maps with friends.

To create a private match in killing floor 2 all you need to do is add your friends to the game and matchmake.
We got to level 8 10 in a match before the server disconnected us.

Hello i and my friends just bought killing floor and we want to play together and we both don t know how.
And while cross play between steam and epic games can be fun you won t be able to cross play with your buddies who own the title on playstation 4 or xbox one.

Why would they make this without a private match option 3.
I know games are hosted on servers so would the only way to keep the game between just the 4 of us would be to host a private server otherwise there is no way of having 1 or 2 randoms joining us.
I just invite my friends to a party and join an empty server you can also make a party and use matchmaking to put you in a server with specified conditions like friends only but as of right now the only way to host your own server is hosting a dedicated one not sure if listen servers will be a thing in the future or not but until then i just find servers that have good ping difficulty.
